I have a Master of Arts degree in Integrative Health & Well-being Coaching from the University of Minnesota, Center for Spirituality and Healing, and am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I have had multiple additional trainings, such as:

Coaching is not a replacement for mental health services. Our sessions focus on envisioning a healthier future, and creating lifestyle-related goals and practices to achieve better health. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. I also do not deep-dive into your past or medical history. This is a fun, forward-focused interaction based on learning, growth and positive transformation!
No. I can offer resources for recipe ideas and guide you in how to think about creating a healthy plate, but I do not design meal plans. A nutritionist or dietician might be a better fit, if that is what you are looking for. I do, however, offer a way for you to track your meals with a mood-food journal, and then get feedback via text message or during our sessions.
